1 - 19 hours $30 per hour

20 - 39 hours $25 per hour

40 or more hours $20 per hour



Consultation:

$25 per hour

Document retrieval:

$10 plus cost of copies, when location is known

Photographs:

$25 per hour plus expenses



TERMS:

A Retainer of $30 is due before research begins. The retainer is used for copies and incidentals. The balance is due before final report is mailed. The initial retainer is applied to research hours and postage and cost of copies are added to the final cost.

Copies are billed at actual cost. Postage costs are billed at $5.00 per 10 hours of research. Some people prefer to pay in advance, but this is not necessary.

Contract to solve a certain problem
 

FEE INCLUDES:

The fee includes everything except costs of copies and postage. There is no charge for travel, parking, other incidental expenses or Research Reports.

The Research Report includes the research notes, sources fully cited, analysis of the findings, summary, suggestions for future research, and relevant copies and other attachments. Attachmenments might include maps, background material, research aids, or compiled genealogies, depending on the type of project and its scope.
